If you like Japanese and Middle East food and you frequent Dubai, UAE, you’ll have heard of Ayada-Dubai Vip catering section, one of the city’s most successful Japanese and Middle East restaurant, located close to Burj Khalifa, just a few steps from Financial Centre, Sheikh Zyaed Avenue and the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

 

Ayada-Dubai is the brainchild of a friend and Chef of mine, Chef Miko DODA, who I used to know pretty well way back in Tokyo when he was executive chef of the Park Hyatt Tokyo, and I was in and out of that hotel almost every other day. The Park Hyatt Tokyo was the finest and most glamorous hotel in the world then.
